Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy: All payments made to Fluentist are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

1. No Refunds

All subscription fees, payments, and charges are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for partial subscription periods, unused features, or early cancellation.

2. Free Trial Period

We provide a free trial period to allow you to fully evaluate the service before making any payment. You are encouraged to thoroughly test all features during the trial. No payment information is required during the trial period. By subscribing after the trial, you acknowledge that you have tested the service and accept our no-refund policy.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period.

4. No Prorated Refunds

If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will apply to future billing periods only. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. No refunds will be provided due to price changes.

6. Beta Pricing and Discounts

Beta pricing and early adopter discounts are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing may be modified or removed at any time. Once a promotional period ends, you will be charged the current standard rate. No refunds will be provided when promotional pricing expires.

7. Service Changes or Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any features) at any time without notice. No refunds will be provided if features are changed, removed, or if the service is discontinued.

8. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback), your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

9. Technical Issues

No refunds will be provided for service interruptions, technical issues, bugs, or data loss. The service is provided "as is" in beta/early access status. We recommend using the free trial to assess service reliability before subscribing.

10. Exceptions Required by Law

This no-refund policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides statutory refund rights (such as the European Union or Switzerland), those statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Contact us if you believe you have a statutory right to a refund under your local consumer protection laws.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, contact us at refunds@fluent.ist with documentation of your legal basis. All other refund requests will be denied.

By subscribing to Fluentist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
